WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once processed, Wine Riot tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable so feel free to give your ticket to someone else.
WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS PRIOR TO THE EVENT?
Tickets to Wine Riot will be emailed to the email address you provide during checkout. The link to print your ticket(s) will arrive in your inbox. You can show the ticket bar code on your mobile phone to the ticket takers at the event or you may print your ticket before the event and present it upon check-in. A valid ID must also be shown with your ticket for entry.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR WINE RIOT?
Wine Riot attire should be smart casual. That said, we design Wine Riot to create shareable moments. So, we recommend that you come social-media ready in an outfit that shows you, do’n you, the best you can do. Leave the ath-leisure at home and show your style in your perfect weekend out ensemble. Seating is limited in the venue so comfortable shoes are recommended.
Coat check is available in the case of cold weather on the event day. However, it is recommended that you do not bring valuables such as laptops or tablets that would require storage during the event.
DO I HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND?
Yes, no one under the age of 21 is permitted inside Wine Riot. A valid ID must also be shown with your ticket for entry. Please drink responsibly, if consuming alcohol at the event please arrange a designated driver, or car service.
